We Pledge to treat you with utmost respect, kindness and dignity throughout every aspect of our engagement. The Partners and our wonderful, multi-cultural staff of Attorneys, Case Managers and Administrative Members all subscribe to the same ‘Golden Rule’ which transcends all race, religion, and creed; we aim to treat you the way we, too, would like to be treated.

We Pledge to work directly with you to analyze your situation, identify and address your options, and effectively pursue your best interests and objectives.

We Pledge to ensure that the filing of a new bankruptcy case by our office will legally stop all creditor collection activity, including foreclosures, repossessions, court proceedings (other than criminal prosecutions), garnishments (other than domestic support obligations), threats, creditor calls, collection letters, and general creditor harassment.

We Pledge to aggressively pursue any creditor who knowingly violates any relevant bankruptcy and/or non-bankruptcy consumer protection law, to seek enforcement of your legal rights, and to pursue available remedies under the law.

We Pledge to have staff available at our San Clemente Headquarters from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, to answer your calls and emails.

We Pledge to be responsive and return your messages and emails promptly, within the same day if possible, and provide knowledgeable answers to your questions and concerns.

We Pledge to professionally, diligently, and competently deliver all services promised in a timely fashion. Help us fulfill this pledge to you by timely providing us with all necessary information and documentation requested; by keeping all scheduled office visits; by returning our calls and emails on a timely basis; by appearing at all required court hearings; and by complying with all legally authorized directives of the United States Bankruptcy Court and Trustees. Working together is a critical component of a successful outcome.

We Pledge to honor the fee we quoted to perform the legal services promised, based upon the information provided at the time of your initial consultation. No matter how long it takes us to do so, it will never cost you more than what was set forth in our agreement.

We Pledge our accountability. The Doan Ancestors incorporated as part of our Doan Family Crest the phrase, “Omnia mei, dona Dei,” which is Latin for, “All that I have are gifts from God.” The Doan Family believes that we are held accountable for the stewardship of our gifts, which include you, our client. If you ever feel we are lacking in any area whatsoever, please let us know, and be specific. Your immediate and honest feedback helps us identify a potential weakness and enables us to continuously improve our services for both you, and the next client.
